Common Name: Ranunculus Friandine Lemon

Scientific Name: Ranunculus asiaticus 

Life Cycle: Perennial 

Remarks: Lemon yellow coloured blooms, some with a tinge of tangerine. Cooler nights and shorter days will help achieve the highest quality blooms for flowering in early spring. Ranunculus are a cooler climate flower.

When: Late Summer - Early Autumn

Sowing Depth + Method: 2mm, raise seedlings 

Spacing: 20cm

Position: Full Sun

Days until germination: Germination takes around 15 - 20 days but can take up to 4 weeks @ 18-20 degrees (heat will slow down the process). Once seedlings are established lower temperatures (10-13 degrees) will benefit the plants.
