Common Name: Kohlrabi Purple Vienna

Scientific Name: Brassica Oleracea ver. gongylodes

Remarks: Purple Skinned with sweet white flesh, can be eaten fresh or cooked.

Tastes like a cabbage x Turnip.

The swollen stem grows just above the surface of the ground.

Sowing Depth: 5mm, best sown directly in Summer, Autumn and Spring.

Spacing: 20cm apart, rows 40cm apart.

Position: Full Sun/ Part Sun
