First year flowering. Large white scabiosa flowers that have a beautiful frilly edge and strong wiry stems. Easy to grow and winter hardy. May need support netting.
Open pollinated, a non-hybrid type of seed that can reproduce itself to have similar traits to the parent plant from one generation to the next. If you are saving the seeds, as long as pollen is not shared between two varieties of the same species, the seeds should remain true to type year after year.

WA Shipping Information
Please Note:
- Orders are sent weekly on a Wednesday morning, as they require a quarantine inspection on arrival.
- Order cut off is midnight Tuesday night as long as payment is finalised. Sometimes paypal payments can take 24-48hrs to go through. This is rare. If this is the case the order will go into the following week's dispatch.
- Please note not all seeds can be sent to WA. Seeds that cannot be sent are marked on the thumbnail or below the price on the product page. These seeds are NOT permitted to WA.
- Unfortunately due the way our orders get to WA Quarantine we cannot send large items like accessories, books etc.
- We don't offer Express Post to WA as the parcels are sent weekly and defeats the purpose of Express post. You can however choose parcel post.
- Unfortunately we cannot send books and accessories to WA due the way the quarantine inspection process works.

Our seeds are all germination tested, with most seeds having around an 80% germination rate.
Your germination rates will depend on lots of environmental factors.
We mostly recommend raising seedlings over direct sowing.
Please note your flowers won’t always look the exactly same as our flowers in our photos, they can be different colours, shade’s and forms and that’s what makes nature so wonderful!
